Dear Monkey Mind,

I’m happy to write you this letter but I know you will be upset and will fight me to stay but here goes….

First, Thank you for trying to help me. I know you stepped in to protect me. I know there were times I missed opportunities to change. What you were doing was pushing me to the Light but I wasn’t ready. But you, I, we were acting unconsciously, without Love, especially for our self and turning away from awareness.

But today, now, we operate consciously, with full awareness and always from a place of Love. We have learned how to get out of our way and follow Spirit’s lead. We know that our experiences are from our choices and we now take responsibly for our Life…”the Good and the bad.” We are working to remove labels and let Life Be! No more acting out to be Love because We have It; We are It; We give and receive It…All Love. We forgive and We forgive our self, We accept the forgiveness and We release it all and Live!

Now, I know you won’t like this but…I will stay in the present moment and I understand you can’t live there, in the present. So, you won’t be talking to me as much and will reach the point, that you won’t be talking at all. There might be those times that you might have the opportunity to slip in and whisper something in my ear…I won’t hate you but I will need to send you away, like today and I return to the present, the Light, the Great…to Me…Conscious and aware.

So, I Love You!
